Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the items we include in our gift boxes, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
We accept Return of orders purchased through Boxup Luxury Gifting subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below :
- Return or Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received are damaged or wrong.
- Buyer/Receiver has to inform us the damaged or wrong products within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Customers claiming missing items or damaged products would have to produce an unedited unboxing video (with EXIF data). The video should clearly show that the package is unopened from all sides and include opening of the package. The customer would be required to share the full video t0 info@boxupgifting.com.
We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency or the package is refused by the recipient.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of our gift sets, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds.
