Delayed delivery. Non responsive customer care. Unimpressive hamper. Absolutely no point of paying premium. Chocolates are too sweet. Coffee has no label / date / information whatsoever. Soap is too small for the price. Overall it spoiled the occasion.
The box was well wrapped and beautifully crafted. I loved everything about it.
I have been a regular customer. The products are really good but it would be good if taken care onto quantity part feel it bit less for the pricing apart from that everything is awesome onto quality and aesthetics.

Came upon boxupgifting from google search. Their combos of gift boxes are unique indeed and can be a very good gifting option compared to other mundane gifts. Pamper partner gift box has nice set of items. The coffee mug, face masks & mountain rose tea were very good. Orange Chilly chocolate was honestly quite spicy for our taste. Gift box was delivered at the exact date as specified. There was a glitch with porter delivery, but Shruti promptly arranged for another delivery slot. Very much impressed with these options as a surprise replacement for traditional gifts.
