Client: Ankith and Shika celebrate The Naming Ceremony of Their Baby Boy
Objective: To curate a hamper for the naming ceremony of a baby boy. The hamper must
- Give a traditional aura as it’s a cultural event
- Contain dry fruits and edibles only
- Have a custom box with the baby’s name.
Approach: Ankith and Shika had the basic idea of what they would like in their son’s naming ceremony's return gifts hamper, as they had already planned an event, and this was a gift to their guests. They were keen on having the dry fruits as it’s a traditional part of the return gifts that are usually given for traditional events like weddings and naming ceremonies. After browsing a few options, they settled for a mix of traditional dry fruits, chocolates, and some baked cookies.
The final hamper included four jute bags of four different dry fruits – cashews, pistachios, almonds, and raisins. Along with this, the hamper contained a box of rich choco-chip cookies and a jar of chocolate–hazelnut bliss balls, a chocolate recipe that has the finest blend of chocolates and hazelnut bites in the most balanced way.
The gift hamper came together in a custom box that had the baby’s name and the names of the parents, it gave the hamper a very personal feel and was very put together for the occasion. The green box gave the hamper a very regal look and the foiling detailing and the ribbon in golden acted as the perfect finishing touches.
From The Client: “We are bringing together some of our closest friends and family on an auspicious occasion for the naming ceremony of our son and we wanted a hamper that would be memorable for the guest to take back. As it’s a traditional ceremony, we wanted a mix of dry fruits and keepsakes and the hamper we curated with team BoxUp Luxury Gifting was the exact hamper we needed.”
Conclusion: For Ekansh’s naming ceremony, we were able to curate a traditional hamper that was a mix of edibles. The hamper was assembled in a rich green box with the details in gold and it added a very elegant touch to the event. The parents were very happy with the way the hamper turned out and had good feedback from their guests too.
